Embodiments of this application disclose a wireless projection method. The method includes: receiving a first bitstream from a source end device, where the first bitstream is obtained by encoding first video data; obtaining first time information of the first bitstream, where the first time information indicates a first time point at which the source end device starts encoding the first bitstream, a second time point at which the destination end device starts receiving the first bitstream, a third time point at which the destination end device starts decoding the first bitstream, or a fourth time point at which the destination end device completes decoding the first bitstream; and adjusting a display vertical synchronization Vsync signal of the destination end device based on the first time information.
