Provided are an electronic device, a wireless communication method, and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium. The electronic device comprises a processing circuit. The processing circuit is configured to: respectively receive a pre-configured first reference signal set and a pre-configured second reference signal set from a first transmission and reception point and a second transmission and reception point, wherein each reference signal set comprises at least one reference signal; determine, on the basis of the measured signal quality of each reference signal in each reference signal set, a beam failure reference signal in which a beam failure event occurs; and transmit, when it is determined that a beam failure event occurs in at least one reference signal, a beam failure recovery request to a base station.
