The third member faces the first member and extends from an end of the second member far from the first member in a direction away from the first member as the third member is away from the second member. The partition member is disposed at an end close to the second member in a first direction and between the first member and the third member, and extends along the first direction. The second member includes a first exhaust hole. The third member includes a second exhaust hole larger than the first exhaust hole.
