WASTE LIQUID SCATTERING PREVENTION DEVICE AND WASTE LIQUID SCATTERING PREVENTION METHOD - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18127028 titled 'WASTE LIQUID SCATTERING PREVENTION DEVICE AND WASTE LIQUID SCATTERING PREVENTION METHOD

Simplified Explanation

The patent application describes a waste liquid scattering prevention device and method for a paint gun.

  • The device is a box body with an insertion hole for the paint gun's tip and an air ejection port.
  • The method involves inserting the paint gun's tip into the insertion hole, cleaning the paint gun, and ejecting air along the inner wall of the box body.
  • The device and method aim to prevent waste liquid from scattering during the cleaning process.
  • The device provides a controlled environment for cleaning the paint gun and directs air to prevent waste liquid from spreading.
  • The method ensures efficient and effective cleaning of the paint gun while minimizing the risk of waste liquid scattering.

Original Abstract Submitted

A waste liquid scattering prevention device includes a box body having an upper wall being formed with an insertion hole into which a tip portion of a paint gun is inserted, and an air ejection port that ejects air along an inner wall of the box body. A waste liquid scattering prevention method includes an arrangement step of inserting the tip portion of a paint gun into an insertion hole, a cleaning step of cleaning the paint gun, and an air ejecting step of ejecting air from an air ejection port along the inner wall of the box body.
