An example method at a UE includes receiving, from a base station, a first semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) reactivation downlink control information (DCI). The example method further includes receiving, from the base station, a second SPS reactivation DCI. The example method further includes transmitting, to the base station, a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback separately indicating detection of the received first SPS reactivation DCI and the received second SPS reactivation DCI.
