A wireless device receives, from a first cell, a broadcast system information including a first information and a second information. A wireless device receives, from a second cell, another broadcast system information including anew information to replace the first information. A wireless device performs a measurement procedure, a cell selection procedure, and/or a cell reselection procedure while in the second cell, based on the second information received from the first cell.
