Original Abstract Submitted

a display device include first and second pixel electrodes apart from each other on a substrate, an inorganic insulating layer in part on the first and second pixel electrodes, a bank structure on the inorganic insulating layer with first and second openings defined therethrough to overlap the first and second pixel electrodes, an auxiliary layer on the first and second pixel electrodes in the first and second openings, first and second light-emitting layers on the auxiliary layer on the first and second pixel electrodes, first and second common electrodes on the first and second light-emitting layers, and an auxiliary layer pattern on the bank structure around the first and second openings. the bank structure includes first and second bank layers including different metal materials, and the second bank layer includes tips protruding from side surfaces of the first bank layer defining the first and second openings.
