A method includes receiving information for first slots that include first uplink (UL) symbols associated with first frequency resources of a sub-band (SB), second slots that include second UL symbols associated with second frequency resources of a bandwidth (BW), and transmission of a channel over a first number of slots including slots from the first slots and the second slots. The method further includes determining a first set of frequency resources within the SB for transmission of the channel over the first slots and a second set of frequency resources within the BW for transmission of the channel over the second slots. The method further includes transmitting the channel in the first set of frequency resources within the SB over the first slots and in the second set of frequency resources within the BW over the second slots.
