the present disclosure provides an electronic device and method for wireless communication, and a computer-readable storage medium. the electronic device comprises: a processing circuit, which is configured to: generate downlink control information used for indicating a unified transmission configuration indication (tci) state, the downlink control information comprising at least one of downlink control information used for uplink scheduling and newly defined downlink control information, wherein the unified tci state is used to indicate both downlink beams and uplink beams; and send the downlink control information to a user equipment.
