a double-sided display panel and a display device are disclosed. the double-sided display panel includes pixel units defined by scan lines and data lines intersected. the pixel unit includes a first light emitting unit, a second light emitting unit, and a pixel circuit. a first light emitting unit of an ione of the pixel units counted from left to right and a second light emitting unit of an ione of the pixel units counted from right to left in each row are electrically connected to the same pixel circuit to achieve the same obverse images displayed on two sides of the double-sided display panel.
