This application discloses a CLI measurement method and a communication apparatus. The method includes: A terminal device receives resource configuration information from a network device, where the resource configuration information indicates a resource for performing CLI measurement by the terminal device; and when a specific condition is met, the terminal device cancels CLI measurement on at least one symbol including the resource for performing CLI measurement.
