An information recommendation method is provided, and may be applied to a vehicle-mounted terminal. The method includes: obtaining at least one behavioral intention of a user, where the at least one behavioral intention is determined based on historical interaction data between a mobile terminal and the user; presenting recommendation information based on the at least one behavioral intention, where the recommendation information indicates the user to choose from the at least one behavioral intention; and triggering a target function when it is detected that the user selects a target intention in the at least one behavioral intention based on the recommendation information, where the target function is used to implement the target intention. According to the method, interaction costs between the user and the vehicle-mounted terminal can be reduced.
