According to one embodiment, a display device comprises an insulating layer, a lower electrode on the insulating layer, a rib on the insulating layer, a partition on the rib, an organic layer covering the lower electrode, and an upper electrode covering the organic layer. The partition includes a conductive lower portion protruding from a side surface of the rib, and an upper portion protruding from a side surface of the lower portion. The lower electrode is separated from the lower portion. The upper electrode is in contact with the side surface of the lower portion.
