The present disclosure provides a method performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system, comprising receiving, from a base station, a configuration message including first configuration information associated with a downlink reception of the terminal and second configuration information associated with an uplink transmission of the terminal and in case that the first configuration information corresponds to a first state of the base station, refraining from receiving the downlink reception and in case that the second configuration information corresponds to the first state of the base station, refraining from transmitting the uplink transmission.
