APPARATUSES AND METHODS FOR INPUT RECEIVER CIRCUITS AND RECEIVER MASKS FOR SAME - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18312747 titled 'APPARATUSES AND METHODS FOR INPUT RECEIVER CIRCUITS AND RECEIVER MASKS FOR SAME

Simplified Explanation

The patent application describes apparatuses and methods for input receiver circuits and receiver masks for electronic memory. These receiver masks have shapes other than rectangular, such as hexagonal shapes. The application also explains the circuits, timing, and operating parameters for achieving non-rectangular and various shapes of receiver masks.

  • Input receiver circuits and receiver masks for electronic memory are disclosed.
  • The receiver masks have shapes other than rectangular, such as hexagonal shapes.
  • The patent application describes the circuits, timing, and operating parameters for achieving non-rectangular and various shapes of receiver masks.

Potential Applications

  • This technology can be applied in electronic memory systems.
  • It can be used in various electronic devices that require memory, such as computers, smartphones, and tablets.

Problems Solved

  • Traditional rectangular receiver masks may not be suitable for certain memory systems.
  • This technology solves the problem of limited shape options for receiver masks in electronic memory.

Benefits

  • The use of non-rectangular receiver masks allows for more flexibility in memory design.
  • Different shapes of receiver masks can optimize the performance and efficiency of electronic memory systems.

Original Abstract Submitted

Apparatuses and methods for input receiver circuits and receiver masks for electronic memory are disclosed. Embodiments of the disclosure include memory receiver masks having shapes other than rectangular shapes. For example, a receiver mask according to some embodiments of the disclosure may have a hexagonal shape. Other shapes of receiver masks may also be included in other embodiments of the disclosure. Circuits, timing, and operating parameters for achieving non-rectangular and various shapes of receiver mask are described.
