The management apparatus includes: a detection unit that detects the optical information from a first image obtained by imaging the target facility; a determination unit that determines an extraction condition for extracting an extraction image including at least a part of the target facility, on the basis of the first image; and an association unit that associates the facility identification information indicated by the optical information with the determined extraction condition.
