Each of first unit structures includes a first body, a second body in contact with a first body, and a first through-hole penetrating a side wall shared by a first body and a second body, and each of the second unit structures includes a third body, a fourth body in contact with a third body, and a second through-hole penetrating a side wall shared by a third body and a fourth body.
