A display device includes a substrate, a first wiring disposed on the substrate and extending in a first direction, an inter-insulating layer disposed on the first wiring, a 2-1wiring disposed on the inter-insulating layer and extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, a 2-2wiring disposed on the inter-insulating layer, disconnected from the 2-1wiring, and crossing the first wiring, a 2-3wiring disposed on the inter-insulating layer, and disconnected from the 2-2wiring, a first insulating layer which is disposed on the 2-1to the 2-3wirings and in which a first through-hole and a second through-hole are defined, the first through-hole exposing a portion of the 2-1wiring, and the second through-hole exposing a portion of the 2-3wiring, and a first pixel electrode connected to the 2-1wiring through the first through-hole, and connected to the 2-3wiring through the second through-hole.
