A power obtaining method includes: obtaining a configuration power, where the configuration power includes at least one of a first configuration power or a second configuration power, the first configuration power is a power configured for a DU of an IAB node, the second configuration power includes a power configured for an MT in the IAB node and a power configured for at least one cell group of the MT, or the second configuration power includes a power configured for at least one cell group of the MT; and determining a transmission power of the DU and a transmission power of the at least one cell group of the MT, where at least one of the transmission power of the DU or the transmission power of the at least one cell group of the MT is determined according to the configuration power and a transmission priority.
