EVENT NOTIFICATION METHOD, SERVER DEVICE, APPARATUS AND COMPUTER STORAGE MEDIUM - A simplified explanation of the abstract
This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18077306 titled 'EVENT NOTIFICATION METHOD, SERVER DEVICE, APPARATUS AND COMPUTER STORAGE MEDIUM
Simplified Explanation
The patent application describes a method, apparatus, server device, and computer storage medium for event notification. Here is a simplified explanation of the abstract:
- The method starts by receiving a request for event subscription.
- It then checks if the event notification rule has been satisfied K times. If yes, it sends an event notification to at least one notified party.
- After the initial notification, it checks if the event notification rule has been satisfied P times. If yes, it sends another event notification to at least one notified party.
- The initial notification and re-notification occur at different times, and the notified parties may be different between the two notifications.
Potential applications of this technology:
- Event management systems
- Real-time monitoring systems
- Emergency alert systems
Problems solved by this technology:
- Efficient event notification to multiple parties
- Flexibility in determining the number of times a rule needs to be satisfied before notification
- Ability to notify different parties at different times
Benefits of this technology:
- Improved communication and coordination during events
- Customizable notification rules for different scenarios
- Reduces the risk of missing important events or notifications
Original Abstract Submitted
An event notification method, an apparatus, a server device, and a computer storage medium are disclosed. The method includes: receiving an event subscription request; determining whether an amount of times that an event notification rule is satisfied is equal to K, and if yes, sending an event notification to at least one notified party in the plurality of notified parties; and after the initial notification is performed, determining whether the amount of times that the event notification rule is satisfied is equal to P, and if yes, sending an event notification to at least one notified party in the plurality of notified parties. The initial notification and the re-notification are performed at different times, and the at least one notified party notified in the initial notification is at least partially different from the at least one notified party notified in the re-notification.
