One of objects of the present invention is to reduce labor of a user when placing an electronic shelf label () on a fixture (). The present invention includes: one or a plurality of electronic shelf labels (); and a management apparatus () that manages the one or a plurality of electronic shelf labels (). The management apparatus () includes: a product ID acquisition unit () that acquires, when accepting exhibition area information for identifying an exhibition area of one or a plurality of products, product information of the one or a plurality of products relevant to a product ID associated with the accepted exhibition area information in information in which exhibition area information and product identification information are associated with each other; and a second control unit () that performs control for associating each of the one or a plurality of pieces of product information with the one or a plurality of electronic shelf labels ().
