AIR-CONDITIONING DEVICE AND SYSTEM HAVING AN INTEGRATED HEAT EXCHANGER - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 17988414 titled 'AIR-CONDITIONING DEVICE AND SYSTEM HAVING AN INTEGRATED HEAT EXCHANGER

Simplified Explanation

The present disclosure describes an air-conditioning device and system that uses an integrated heat exchanger to generate heating or cooling air by utilizing cooling water. This improves the efficiency of cooling and heating processes. The device also uses a reduced number of doors to adjust the temperature of the air-conditioning air for different modes, resulting in a smaller package size. Additionally, individual temperature control is provided for front and rear indoor spaces, ensuring comfort for each passenger seat.

  • Integrated heat exchanger used to generate air-conditioning air using cooling water
  • Reduced number of doors used to adjust temperature for different modes, leading to a smaller package size
  • Individual temperature control for front and rear indoor spaces
  • Improved comfort for each passenger seat

Potential Applications

This technology can be applied in various industries and settings, including:

  • Automotive industry: for air-conditioning systems in vehicles
  • Residential and commercial buildings: for efficient heating and cooling systems
  • Industrial settings: for temperature control in manufacturing processes

Problems Solved

The air-conditioning device and system addressed the following problems:

  • Inefficient cooling and heating processes
  • Bulky and complex air-conditioning systems
  • Lack of individual temperature control in indoor spaces

Benefits

The benefits of this technology include:

  • Improved cooling and heating efficiency
  • Reduced package size for air-conditioning systems
  • Individual temperature control for enhanced comfort

Original Abstract Submitted

The present disclosure provides an air-conditioning device and an air-conditioning system of an integrated heat exchanger, wherein an integrated heat exchanger for generating heating air or cooling air is used to generate air-conditioning air by utilizing cooling water, thereby securing cooling/heating efficiency. A decreased number of doors are used to adjust the temperature of air-conditioning air with regard to each mode, thus reducing the entire package. In addition, front and rear indoor spaces can be temperature-controlled individually, and comfort can be provided for each passenger seat.
