The device includes: a base plate for a sun visor pivot arm; a clip to mount the base plate on a vehicle body panel by a rotation of a lever and a forward movement of a clip fastening/removal bar. In particular, the clip can be automatically removed from the vehicle body panel by a reverse rotation of the lever and a backward movement of the clip fastening/removal bar, thereby allowing easy installation and removal of interior parts such as the sun visor.
