A method for generating a Type-1 hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook by gathering HARQ-ACK information of multiple PDSCHs when a terminal is scheduled with the multiple physical downlink shared channels (PDSCHs) from one piece of downlink control information (DCI) in a wireless communication system is provided. The terminal may be configured with an uplink cell and a downlink cell having different subcarrier spacings, and may generate the Type-1 HARQ-ACK codebook, based on the subcarrier spacings.
