The method includes: sending first indication information, where the first indication information is used to configure a candidate spatial parameter information set of a first uplink channel; and sending second indication information, where the second indication information indicates at least one piece of first spatial parameter information in the candidate spatial parameter information set, the at least one piece of first spatial parameter information is used to transmit a second uplink channel and/or an uplink signal, and the first uplink channel and the second uplink channel are of different types.
