The rear vehicle body structure according to an embodiment of the present invention disclosed includes rear side members respectively disposed along a vehicle body front-rear direction on both sides of a vehicle body rear portion, and each of the rear side members may include a plurality of suspension mounting parts formed to mount the rear suspension and a plurality of radial ribs formed radially from each of the plurality of suspension mounting parts therein.
