Disclosed are a method and a device for PDSCH transmission or reception in a wireless communication system. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method for transmitting hybrid-automatic repeat and request (HARQ)-acknowledgement (ACK) information may comprise the steps of: receiving, from a base station, downlink control information (DCI) for scheduling of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) in a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH); receiving the PDSCH from the base station; and transmitting an HARQ-ACK codebook including HARQ-ACK information for the PDSCH to the base station. The PDCCH may be repeatedly transmitted in a plurality of monitoring occasions (MOs), and a parameter related to the HARQ-ACK codebook may be determined on the basis of the most advanced MO among the plurality of MOs.
