Disclosed are a method and device for transmitting and receiving sounding reference signal in a wireless communication system. A method for transmitting a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may comprise the steps of: transmitting, to a base station, terminal capability information related to antenna switching; receiving configuration information related to an SRS from the base station; and transmitting the SRS to the base station to the basis of the configuration information. The configuration information may include information about a plurality of SRS resource sets, the usage of which has been set to antenna switching, and antenna port information about the plurality of SRS resource sets.
