The display panel includes a substrate; a light-shielding metal layer disposed on a side of the substrate, wherein the light-shielding metal layer includes a first trace disposed in a frame area; a driving circuit layer disposed on a side of the light-shielding metal layer away from the substrate, wherein the driving circuit layer includes a pixel driving circuit disposed in the display area and a gate driving circuit disposed in the frame area; a first electrode disposed on a side of the driving circuit layer away from the substrate; a light-emitting layer disposed on a side of the first electrode away from the substrate; and a second electrode disposed on a side of the light-emitting layer away from the substrate, wherein the first trace and the gate driving circuit are at least partially overlapped.
