The third electrode includes a first sub-sensing pattern disposed in the first opening of the first sensing pattern, and a second sub-sensing pattern disposed in the second opening of the second sensing pattern. The first sub-sensing pattern and the second sub-sensing pattern are electrically connected with each other. The first electrode, the second electrode, and the third electrode are insulated from one another.
