Original Abstract Submitted

Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a method for wireless communications by a node. The node receives a plurality of data packets belonging to a protocol data unit (PDU) set. Each of the plurality of data packets is associated with a dynamic priority. The node delivers the plurality of data packets to a lower layer, in accordance with the dynamic priority associated with each of the plurality of data packets.
