In order to easily measure the foot angle of a pedestrian with high accuracy, the present invention provides a foot angle calculation device comprising: a posture angle calculation unit that uses an angular velocity vector of a foot to calculate the posture angle thereof; and a foot angle calculation unit that uses a foot velocity vector and the posture angle to calculate a foot angle, which is the angle formed by the velocity vector and the center line of the foot.
