The OLED display panel includes a first display area and a second display area located in the first display area, and further includes a substrate, a TFT array layer, a plurality of light-emitting sub-pixels, and a common layer, wherein at least one blind hole is defined between the light-emitting sub-pixels located in the second display area, the blind hole penetrates through the TFT array layer, and the blind hole is at least partially filled with an organic layer.
