The display substrate includes a display area including multiple pixel units in an array, each row is correspondingly provided with a first power line, and each column is correspondingly provided with a second power line; the multiple pixel units are divided into first pixel units and second pixel units; each row includes at least one first pixel unit, in which the driving transistor is electrically coupled to the second power line corresponding to the column of the first pixel unit; for at least one column of pixel units, each column includes at least one second pixel unit; in which the driving transistor is electrically coupled, through the first power line corresponding to the row of the second pixel unit, to the second power line corresponding to the column of one first pixel unit in the row.
