a head-mounted display is provided, and the head-mounted display includes a pair of frames mounted on the user's body and corresponding to the left and right eyes, a display unit including a pair of display panels respectively mounted to the pair of frames and a pair of multi-channel lenses disposed on a light output path of the pair of display panels and a driving member connected to the pair of frames to allow the frame to tilt and/or move up, down, left, and right, wherein the driving member aligns a center of each of the pair of multi-channel lenses up, down, left, and right with the center of the corresponding eyeball, adjusts an angle of the multi-channel lens, and adjusts a distance between the multi-channel lens and an eye.
