An embodiment relates to a method for operation of remote UE in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: remote UE establishing a sidelink connection with relay UE; the remote UE transmitting a sidelink signal to the relay UE; the remote UE carrying out measurement; and the remote UE transmitting a measurement report to the relay UE, wherein the measurement report includes a measurement result for a Uu link and is transmitted to a base station, and the measurement report for the Uu link is carried out on the basis of a measurement result for an SL link being less than a certain threshold value.
