Embodiments described herein relate to methods and apparatuses for performing radio measurements. A method performed by a wireless device comprises responsive to an application session starting, performing one or more Quality of Experience, QoE, measurements associated with the application; transmitting a first session feedback indication based on the QoE measurements to a base station, wherein the first session feedback indication indicates that the application session has started; and responsive to transmitting the first session feedback indication, receiving a command from the base station to perform one or more radio measurements.
