It then transmits a dynamic capability indication to the network entity, which includes information about this time-scale. The network entity receives this indication and identifies the time-scales associated with a set of reference signals that need to be transmitted to the UE for beam weight estimation. It then transmits a grant to the UE for the set of reference signals, allowing the UE to perform the beam weight estimation.
