SLIDE INSTALL RESPIRATOR CARTRIDGES AND RESPIRATORS - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18466485 titled 'SLIDE INSTALL RESPIRATOR CARTRIDGES AND RESPIRATORS

Simplified Explanation

The abstract describes a method for installing filter cartridges in a blower device, where the filter cartridges align with air inlets to improve air quality.

  • The method involves installing one or more filter cartridges in a blower device.
  • The filter cartridges align with air inlets of the blower device to improve air quality.
  • The filter cartridges include first and second filter cartridges with outlet openings.
  • The first filter cartridge is configured to align with at least one air inlet in a first installed position.
  • The second filter cartridge may also be installed to further improve air quality.

Potential Applications

This technology can be applied in HVAC systems, air purifiers, and industrial ventilation systems to enhance air quality by effectively filtering out contaminants.

Problems Solved

This technology solves the problem of inefficient air filtration in blower devices, leading to improved indoor air quality and reduced health risks associated with poor air circulation.

Benefits

The benefits of this technology include improved air quality, reduced maintenance costs for blower devices, and enhanced overall performance of ventilation systems.

Potential Commercial Applications

Commercial applications of this technology include air purifier systems for homes, HVAC systems for buildings, and industrial ventilation systems for factories and warehouses.

Possible Prior Art

One possible prior art could be filter cartridges designed for specific blower devices, but the method described in this patent application may offer a more efficient and user-friendly installation process.

Unanswered Questions

How does this technology compare to existing filter cartridge installation methods in terms of cost and efficiency?

This article does not provide a direct comparison with existing methods in terms of cost and efficiency. It would be helpful to have data on the cost-effectiveness and performance improvements of this new method compared to traditional filter cartridge installation methods.

What are the potential environmental impacts of using these filter cartridges in blower devices?

The article does not address the potential environmental impacts of using these filter cartridges. It would be important to consider factors such as the materials used in the cartridges, their disposal process, and any energy efficiency implications of the improved air quality.

Original Abstract Submitted

Methods, apparatuses, systems, and/or the like are provided. An example method may include installing one or more filter cartridges in a blower device. An example blower device may include a housing defining at least one air inlet. An example filter cartridge may include a first filter cartridge defining a first outlet opening. The first filter cartridge may be configured to slidably engage the blower device to align the first outlet opening with at least a first portion of the at least one air inlet of the blower device in a first installed position. The one or more filter cartridges my include a second filter cartridge. The second filter cartridge may include a second outlet opening. The example method may include aligning the first outlet opening of the first filter cartridge with at least the first portion of the at least one air inlet of the blower device.
