Potential Commercial Applications

Optimizing fuel cell vehicles for commercial transportation fleets.

Possible Prior Art

There may be prior art related to fuel cell vehicles utilizing compressed air for power generation, but specific examples are not provided in the patent application.

Unanswered Questions

How does the control section determine the optimal air supply for the fuel cell based on pressure levels?

The patent application does not delve into the specific algorithms or mechanisms used by the control section to make the selection between outside air and compressed air.

What are the potential maintenance requirements for the air tank storing compressed air in the fuel cell vehicle?

The patent application does not address the maintenance needs or potential issues related to the air tank storing compressed air in the vehicle.

Original Abstract Submitted

To provide a fuel cell vehicle that can improve fuel consumption in a cost-effective manner. A fuel cell vehicle of the present disclosure includes: a fuel cell; an air tank configured to store compressed air; and a control section configured to make a selection for selecting which of outside air and the compressed air in the air tank is to be supplied to the fuel cell on a basis of a first pressure, the first pressure being a pressure of the compressed air in the air tank.
