OUTDOOR UNIT OF AIR CONDITIONER - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18229866 titled 'OUTDOOR UNIT OF AIR CONDITIONER

Simplified Explanation

The abstract describes an outdoor unit of an air conditioner with a housing, heat exchanger, and blower fan. The blower fan has a hub and blades that direct air flow from the inlet, through the heat exchanger, and towards the outlet.

  • The outdoor unit of the air conditioner includes a housing with an inlet and outlet, a flow path, a heat exchanger, and a blower fan.
  • The blower fan has a rotatable hub and blades that guide air flow through the unit.
  • Each blade of the blower fan is designed with a leading edge, a trailing edge, and a blade surface that is inclined towards the inlet.

Potential Applications

This technology can be used in residential, commercial, and industrial air conditioning systems to efficiently cool indoor spaces.

Problems Solved

This innovation helps improve the overall performance and energy efficiency of air conditioning units by optimizing air flow and heat exchange processes.

Benefits

The benefits of this technology include enhanced cooling capabilities, reduced energy consumption, and improved air quality within indoor environments.

Potential Commercial Applications

The optimized design of the blower fan in this air conditioner unit can be applied in various HVAC systems for homes, offices, and other buildings.

Possible Prior Art

One possible prior art could be traditional air conditioner units with less efficient blower fan designs that do not maximize air flow and heat exchange processes.
