An orthographic projection of a circuit board on the plane of the bonding substrate is a second projection. A terminal portion includes a first region and a second region. The first region is an overlapping region of the first projection and the second projection. The first portion is disposed in the second region and extends from a junction of the first region and the second region to a side away from the first region.
