APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR NETWORK AUTOMATION IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18153668 titled 'APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR NETWORK AUTOMATION IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

Simplified Explanation

The abstract describes a communication system that supports higher data transmission rates compared to existing 4G systems. It introduces a method for operating a network node in this wireless communication system. Here are the key points:

  • The system is designed to provide support for 5G or pre-5G communication systems, which offer faster data transmission rates than 4G systems like LTE.
  • The method involves receiving network data from multiple network nodes.
  • Based on this network data, the method generates recommendation operation information for a second network node.
  • The first analysis result message, including the recommendation operation information, is then transmitted to the second network node.

Potential Applications

  • This technology can be applied in various industries and sectors that require high-speed data transmission, such as telecommunications, internet service providers, and mobile network operators.
  • It can support applications that demand large data transfers, such as video streaming, online gaming, and virtual reality experiences.
  • The technology can also benefit autonomous vehicles, smart cities, and Internet of Things (IoT) devices that rely on fast and reliable communication networks.

Problems Solved

  • The technology addresses the limitation of lower data transmission rates in existing 4G systems, enabling faster and more efficient communication.
  • It solves the problem of network congestion by providing recommendations for network node operations based on network data, optimizing the overall system performance.
  • The method helps overcome the challenges of handling large amounts of data and meeting the increasing demand for high-speed connectivity.

Benefits

  • The higher data transmission rates offered by this technology enable faster downloads, uploads, and real-time communication, enhancing user experience.
  • It improves network efficiency and capacity, allowing for more devices to connect simultaneously without compromising performance.
  • The method optimizes network operations based on real-time analysis, leading to better resource allocation, reduced latency, and improved overall network performance.

Original Abstract Submitted

Disclosed is a 5generation (5G) or a pre-5G communication system provided to support a higher data transmission rate than that of post-4generation (4G) communication systems, such as long term evolution (LTE). A method of operating a network node in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes receiving, from a plurality of first network nodes, network data, generating first recommendation operation information for a second network node based on the network data, and transmitting, to the second network node, a first analysis result message including the first recommendation operation information.
